Welcome to OrboJourney. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing our taxi booking, outstation mobility, and vacation planner platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OrboJourney website, mobile portal, or customer services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Scope of Services
OrboJourney provides an integrated technology platform connecting passengers with licensed outstation taxi operators, local chauffeur services, and verified tour operators across India.
- Outstation Cabs: One-way and round-trip intercity transport services.
- Chauffeur Rides: Hourly local city packages with professional driver partners.
- Tour Packages & Itineraries: Curated vacation packages, hotels, and sightseeing activities.
3. Pricing, Fares & Payments
All fares shown on OrboJourney are calculated based on distance (KM), duration, vehicle type, and current applicable rate cards:
- Toll & State Taxes: Unless specified in inclusive packages, toll charges, parking fees, and state entry taxes must be paid directly by the passenger or settled as per booking invoice terms.
- Night Allowance: Night charges apply for driver duty extending between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Payment Authorization: Advance partial payments are required to confirm outstation taxi bookings and holiday package reservations.
4. User Obligations & Safety
Passengers using OrboJourney vehicles agree to adhere to safety regulations:
- Wear seatbelts at all times during the journey.
- Refrain from carrying hazardous materials, illegal substances, or firearms.
- Ensure passenger count does not exceed vehicle registration seating capacity.
- Treat driver partners and vehicle property with respect. Damage caused to vehicles by passengers will incur repair fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
While OrboJourney enforces strict vehicle fitness checks and driver background verifications, OrboJourney shall not be held liable for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, traffic jams, highway blockades, or unforeseen force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
